A dynamic leader with a solid understanding of all domestic corporate tax initiatives as well as some exposure to international taxes is desired to fill this challenging newly created position.  If selected, you will be involved with compliance, research and planning for this growing organization.  Qualifications must include five or more years of corporate tax experience, proven managerial skills and a CPA designation or an advanced degree is preferred.  The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team and will help steer this organization through its continued growth.

 

Audit Manager – Southern NH

Our client, a growing company with sales in excess of $1B, seeks an individual who can be available for extensive international and domestic travel (50%).  Reporting directly to the Audit Committee Chair you would be taking over an existing Internal Audit role.  Duties will include operational and financial audits of critical business processes, evaluation of internal controls, process improvement opportunities and the determination of adherence to policies and procedures.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of auditing experience, superior knowledge of IFRS, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, advanced computer and Excel skills and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.  An advanced degree, CIA or CPA would be additional pluses.
